The Square has multiple spaces designated for disabled parking permit holders located on each Level close to the centre entrances.
Wheelchair Facility
A wheelchair can be collected from the Customer Service Desk on Level 2. Please ask any of the Customer Service team for assistance. We are happy to help.
Customer Care Room
We here at The Square believe all our customers deserve to shop with ease and that includes having a safe and comfortable environment for all who wish to use our facilities.
Located here on Level 2 we have our Customer Care room which is available to all our customers. Which has enough space for any customer with any special needs. Inside there is adequate space for not just you the customer, but up to two carers too if needed.
The Square have joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme!
The Square have joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme! Sunflower lanyards are now available at our customer service desk for visitors with disabilities that may not be immediately visible, such as autism, dementia, mental health issues or learning difficulties.
People can choose to wear a lanyard as a subtle way of letting others know that they have a non-visible disability and may require additional support, assistance or a bit more time.
