The Emergency Services Card is available to all members of the emergency services. To apply, simply visit our Customer Services Desk on Level 2 and present valid proof of your emergency services status. The Emergency Services Card is primarily a discount card for those working in emergency services; it is not an age verification card.

If your card is lost or stolen, you must reapply (further proof of your status may be required). Please respect your Emergency Services Card; do not attempt to alter or deface it, as doing so will render the card invalid. If it is found that you have deliberately altered or defaced your card, or provided false information for your application, your card will be cancelled and confiscated. You will then need to submit a new application. The Emergency Services Card team reserves the right to refuse a second application.

We negotiate and agree discounts with retailers on behalf of Emergency Services Card holders. Discount offers are updated on https://thesquare.ie/emergency-services-loyalty-card-terms-conditions/ as applicable. Please note, all discounts are at the discretion of each retailer and may be subject to change.

Cardholders may be required to show additional proof of emergency services status when using the Emergency Services Card, such as your staff ID or other official documentation, if requested by participating retailers.
