Boots are now recruiting for Christmas staff to join the store teams to help customers find the perfect presents for their friends and family this Christmas.

Christmas can be a chaotic time of year for shoppers but in every Boots store, their priority is making sure that everybody’s Christmas shopping experience is as stress free and enjoyable as possible. To help them make this happen, they are looking for individuals with a real gift for customer care and plenty of Christmas cheer to join our in-store teams.

Jon Henderson, Senior Resourcing Manager at Boots said:

“This festive season, Boots will be recruiting over 7,000 temporary colleagues [in the UK and Ireland] across our stores, Burton Service Centre and the Customer Support Centre. These temporary roles will see a variety of new talent recruited in to our business with staggered start dates from now until Christmas.”

If you join as a Christmas Customer Assistant, Boots will deliver all the training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge you need to help customers find the perfect present. In return for providing amazing customer care, you will benefit from lots of fantastic experience working within a supportive friendly team.

Boots Customer Assistants will be on hand to give each and every customer a great shopping experience. As Christmas is the busiest time of year at Boots, successful candidates will need to be really personable and friendly by nature, with a cool head and a passion for customer care. You’ll also become experts on our promotions and offers, aiming to save customers time and money at every turn.
