As I am sure you are aware there has been plenty of work taking place here on Level 1 with the redevelopment of Graham O’ Sullivan’s café and the additions of coffee experts Insomnia and El Gringo Burrito, both with fresh new seating areas.
This is the third location for El Gringos in Dublin, with two other locations in Dublin’s city centre. The Mexican Ambassador to Ireland, Carlos Garcia De Alba officially launched the new premises on Wednesday March 4th. El Gringo Burrito came second in the Best Enchilada in Ireland contest as part of the Taste of Mexico Festival 2014. Felim Meade, Owner, El Gringo Burrito said, “We’re very proud of our achievement with the judges highlighting the amazing flavours and high quality of our food.”
Meanwhile we’re delighted to have Insomnia Coffee Company in our centre, as it is Ireland’s leading independent premium coffee chain, with over 90 locations. We welcome both companies to The Square and hope you will enjoy their offerings for years to come!
